Data Deletion

Your data belongs to you. ClientFlow gives every account admin a one-click way to permanently delete their organization and all associated records - no support ticket required.

Delete your account from the app

The fastest way. Takes about 30 seconds.

  1. Log in to ClientFlow

    Sign in at clientflow.inixyo.com with your admin credentials. Only account admins can request deletion.

  2. Open Settings

    Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Settings from the dropdown.

  3. Go to the Subscription tab

    Select the Subscription tab and scroll to the bottom of the page to find the account deletion section.

  4. Confirm and delete

    Enter your password and type DELETE to confirm. Deletion is immediate, permanent, and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Every record tied to your organization is removed permanently, including:

  • Business profile & company settings
  • All clients and contact history
  • Jobs, appointments & schedules
  • Quotes & estimates
  • Invoices & payment records
  • Files and uploaded documents
  • Team members & user accounts
  • Automations & notification history
  • Billing preferences
  • Active subscription

We recommend exporting any records you need before proceeding. Deletion cannot be reversed.

Your Stripe subscription

If you are on a paid plan, your Stripe subscription is cancelled immediately as part of the deletion process. No further charges will be made. Refunds are subject to our Terms of Service.

Can't access your account?

If you are unable to log in or prefer to submit a manual request, email [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address tied to your account. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm once complete.

Data retention

Once deletion is confirmed, your data is removed from our active systems immediately. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.
